Your hearing health is important to us.
In today’s world and at any age, your hearing is at risk. It can deteriorate prior to any symptoms being noticed therefore, we recommend monitoring your hearing at least annually.

When you come into our offices our experienced clinicians will obtain a thorough case history and discuss what your main goals are. From there we will perform Otoscopy by looking in your ears to ensure they are free of wax or any medical abnormalities. Using our state of the art equipment we will then perform Immittance Testing by putting a small ear phone in your ear to evaluate the status of your ear drum and middle ear.
Pure Tone Audiometry and Speech testing are then completed in a sound proof room where you will wear earphones and be asked to respond to a variety of beeps and repeat back words. Upon completion of the hearing test, our clinicians will take the time to explain the results and provide you with recommendations based on your case history, hearing test results and personal lifestyle.
Once we learn about the nature of your hearing loss, we will inform you of all the types of hearing aids, hearing aid brands, and hearing aid accessories and select the most suitable hearing solution for you.
If you’re a first time hearing aid user, we’ll demonstrate how best to use, maintain, and optimize your new hearing device before your programming and fitting appointment.
On the hearing aid fitting date we will program your hearing aid according to your Audiogram, and fully train you on working and operation of your hearing device.
We use both subjective and objective methods to verify the fitting of your hearing aid and ensure it provides you with the highest hearing quality possible.
When you are fitted with your new hearing aid, you need to relearn how to hear again and train yourself to hear through your new hearing device. To help, we’ve designed a state-of-the-art listening room where our experts will help you get familiar with your new hearing device and any accessories or additional technologies.
Family and friends play a big role in your hearing health. That’s why we encourage your family and friends to join you at appointments, or book them on your behalf.
