Ear wax is a natural waxy secretion of the glands in our ear canals. Ear wax is meant to help protect the ear from dust, dirt, bugs, and other foreign particles.
Some individuals produce more ear wax than others; sometimes they produce enough ear wax to block the ear canal and can cause a temporary hearing loss or diminished hearing capabilities.
When this occurs, it is important to see our clinicians who can help remove this earwax in both adults and children and are trained in Cerumen removal (earwax).
Steps to follow for the Ear Wax Removal Appointment
- First, purchase the ear wax drops. We will ship it to you within 1-2 business days. Use them for at least 5 days. The drops will soften the wax and often the wax will come out of the ear.
- After 5 maybe 7 days of using the drops, if you still feel discomfort and need to book the ear wax removal service appointment.
- Please ensure that the contact details on the form are the same as the ones used during the ordering process.
- Our client care team will call you to confirm the specific appointment time.
